BENIHOMES is a proactive team of professionals based in Albox, Almeria with over 20 years industry experience, offering comprehensive property solutions whether you are buying, selling, renting or need something more technical throughout the Province of Almeria. BeniHomes was created in 2004 by the owner and CEO Benedicto Fernandez Bonil, a qualified Architect and Building Surveyor and initially started as a technical enterprise providing assistance with AFO´s (Assimilated Out of Ordination), Building Certificates, Building Surveys, Energy Performance Certificate, Property Reform, and complete Project Management from the design stage through to build completion.

 

 

With our unrivalled reputation for expertise and professionalism in the town, the business thrived and BeniHomes expanded into Property Rentals & Management and then our Sales side of the business opened in order to enhance the service we offer to our clients. The vision of BeniHomes when opening the Sales Department was to offer a complete service to our customers all in one place. Whether you are buying, selling, or refurbishing a property in Spain it can be a stressful time, fraught with legalities and paperwork. Our aim is to make the whole process as easy as possible.

For Buyer´s we will guide you through the entire buying process from viewing to completion at the Notary, and you can be safe in the knowledge that the home you are buying is fully legal.
